• Educational ERP Data: When institutions deploy our ERP, all student, parent, and institutional data remains strictly the property of the licensing institution. We act solely as a data processor.
• Plugin Usage Telemetry: By default, our WordPress plugins collect zero personal data. If you opt into non-sensitive diagnostic telemetry, only PHP version, WordPress version, and plugin version are securely transmitted.

All sensitive information transmitted over our services is encrypted using 256-bit Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL). Production databases are housed in secured cloud data centers with daily encrypted backups and strict role-based access controls.
